Our products are handmade with love, passion and lots of hard work and we make sure that we bring a smile to every customer. We are constantly striving to bring these unique items for you and your loved ones.
Most of the items in our store can be personalized and/or customized and are not eligible for an exchange, return or refund. We take utmost care in handcrafting and shipping all the products. However, in rare circumstances, if there is an issue with your order, please write to us at email@example.com along with the details (images and videos) of your issue within 24 hours of receiving your product. For all customized products, please create a video of unboxing the package to support any claims.
We offer replacement for non-customized products in case you have received a defected item. To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order to be eligible for a replacement along with images of the defective product.
If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a exchange shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized and/or personalized items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
